We are currently seeking a Farm 2IC to join our Team at our Amaroo Orchard.
About the role:
The successful incumbent will assist the Farm Manager to complete irrigation programs & plant requirements on time & within budget and ensure that tree health is maintained, and all machinery operations are coordinated, along with the monitoring of preventative maintenance schedules.
To be successful you will have:
- Degree or Diploma in horticulture, agriculture or similar is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in general horticultural practises, including machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and make timely and appropriate decisions to meet production demands
- Current driver's license.
